Carico began as a dream and today continues to be an incredible reality for all of us.
It started in 1967 when an ambitious and determined Rick Cappadona moved to Florida in pursuit of his dream.
A dream that was rooted in a belief in himself and a focus on being the best and offering the best… the best products and the best opportunity.
The power of belief fueled our early growth and was the foundation of Rick Cappadona’s ABC’s.
In 1978, Rick Cappadona founded our true commitment to excellence and began to manufacture his own line of high quality china.
Today Carico handles 9 exclusive patterns of fine porcelain china.
Handcrafted by master artisans, Each piece is made with a delicate translucency and then styled by a master artist and trimmed in the finest of precious metals.
And to this day we are the only company in the direct sales industry that offer permanent lifetime patterns, open stock and ½ price breakage replacement for life.
But Carico didn’t stop there… We realized the potential of the tabletop market and pioneered the Designer Collection of Crystal, matching patterns, developed to complement each pattern of China.
And to complete our Tabletop Program, we made the best better and created our exclusive Line of Stainless steel Tableware, 4 distinct patterns that offer the look of sterling with all the benefits of stainless steel.
Each stylish pattern offers 10 pieces in a single place setting and a full array of serving pieces.

The evolution of Carico’s product line was about to advance even further…
From small, inexpensive filters to deluxe whole house units, our comprehensive water filtration program was designed to fill a variety of needs, offering greater opportunities for success.
We strengthened our water program by developing the first ever “smart water filter“… A system that would digitally monitor water flow and actually tell you when your cartridge needed replacing.
This ingenious design was yet another example of Carico remaining focused on product innovation and created a perfect opportunity for more residual business.
And with the health and wellness market growing every day… We developed a line of juice extractors to meet the needs of the most health conscious professionals and consumers alike…
Our Juice extractors feature a powerful motor with a turbo boost switch, automatic pulp ejection and stainless steel baskets and cutting blades.
The ultra-Vac food storage system was designed to complement our juicing and Cookware lines… Its the ultimate vacuum sealing food storage system that actually keeps food fresh up to 3-5 times longer.
Its made of a space age polycarbonate material that is virtually indestructible. And it works well in the microwave, freezer or dishwasher.
In 1994, when we introduced our first air filter, Indoor air pollution was virtually un heard of.
Today, Indoor air pollution is a well known problem, and thanks to the vision of our leadership. We are positioned with the most advanced line of air filtration systems the world has ever seen.
We were first to offer consumers a 3 stage cleanable pre-filter, followed by seven, more advanced stages including HEPA and germ warfare media, for the most complete protection from the things you cant see.
Our strength in product development has changed our company, as well as our industry.

Our first convention was held in a small office and had only 28 people.
Today our conventions are bigger and better than ever before.
Since Day 1 and still to this day… We are always planning for the future.
We knew a long time ago in order to facilitate all of these wonderful products and programs, that we would eventually need a solid base for operations.
Our first office, was an elegantly designed 65 dollar a month warehouse.
As we steadily got larger, we outgrew 3 more offices while Mr. Cappadona patiently stayed committed to his dream.
In 1982 on the same day that he achieved his dream of a new ferrari… Mr. Cappadonas largest dream came true…
Today, the Carico Center has grown into a 5 acre/15 million dollar corporate complex, that serves as our international world headquarters for offices in over 40 countries, 48 states and hundreds of locations around the world.
The Carico Center is home to the many experienced departments that make up this diverse company.
Our “family of people share a great loyalty” for our company, many have been here for 10, 20 and even 30 years or more.
And today all of our departments are larger than they have ever been.
Our accounting department keeps our company operating smoothly and debt free.
Our finance and collection division was created in order to help people get approvals faster and to keep delinquency down
Our Information Systems department keeps our website moving with fresh new ideas while administrating our in house network that keeps information flowing 24 hours a day.
Our Customer service department goes out of their way to keep your customers satisfied.
Our Sales Administration Dept and human resources division manages our growth with caring professionalism.
The credit department works with a sense of urgency, completing more orders, faster than ever before.
The order Processing department works tirelessly to keep up with the explosion of new business.
Our warehouse staff manages over 100,000 square feet of storage space that contains over 8 million dollars in available inventory.
Our AV team uses state of the art technology to provide people with a variety of tools from product and training DVD’s to powerful audio CD’s that help keep our message fresh.
Our graphic design department uses vast creativity to keep our literature and in house publications exciting and motivating.
Our executive staff, takes advantage of many years of experience to author and facilitate, all of the successful products, tools, programs and events that make up this special opportunity called Carico.

Carico has achieved a lot since 1967…
However one of our greatest accomplishments is our ability to teach people how to become successful.
